Time
Once released for production, the standard home components are usually completed in the factory within two to three weeks, and are then scheduled for delivery to the construction site. Following the “set” the completion of the home begins and depending upon size, complexity and the level of finishes selected by the buyer, the home will be normally ready for occupancy within 60 to 120 days.
